ouch...

I have been walking with a limp since Monday. I think was too hiong playing vball on sunday. spike jump spike jump. Think i didnt land properly somehow.... or maybe cos of my slightly flat-footed feet. Very pain.... actually its very very pain. Probably hit a nerve in my right sole. Pain until just now robson commented that i look like i have piles.... :((((((((
