Went to the cinema for the first time in 4 months.... to catch Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.... ok la not too expensive. 6.20euros student price. Quite excited.... especially since it's Version Original and not something dubbed in french crap. Quite surprised to see the theatre not even half filled.... i mean in Singapore, you have to book tickets days in advance for blockbusters like these, esp when they are out the first few days.... HAHA maybe French people don't like to watch original version cos their english is so damn FUCKING lousy.... but there are french subtitles...... OH WAIT!! maybe they cant read too!!!
Anyways... was a little disappointed with the movie.... its was unbelievably long and unbearably boring.... If you thought Dead Man's Chest was boring, then you'll probably sleep in this one. Running at 2hr 48min, the only exciting parts were the last 48mins. The rest of the show's basically betrayals piled upon betrayals, double crossings piled upon double crossings and too much talking .... So much so that i didnt understand a single thing. The first episode was still the best IMO. Fun, light and not so much special effects overload.
ehhh, but dont take my word for it. Go watch it yourself.... if not, you can catch the trailer here.... all the exciting parts are in there anyway. BYE!!!
