GAHA my lj family

ok so u know i had nothing planned for this week AGAIN. budden my super wu liao frens got invited to this GAHA (National Youth Achievement Award Gold Award Holders Alumni) 15th Anniv Dinner at The Pines.... and i think they were desperately in need to attendees so i mean... i go la right its free anyway and i was a gold award holder. so technically i aint leeching. i just wasnt active at all for the past 10 years....

watever la right got plans already happy. then ma de i dress until so nicely for work den my colleague said "eh wanna go site visit" then i of cos cannot say dun want la since its my proj also.... but i was FUCKMAN zdy go site when i am wearing formal attire. FML. so i was sweating like mad by the time i got back. i hate it when i wear formal and i have to go reclamation site. FUCK.

ok never mind so i finally arrived at The Pines after what felt like 100years cos its at Stevens Road so no direct public transportation la... change train change bus ma de den walk like hell. simisai pls. wear tie summore ok mai siao siao. i tot i was late already but NOOOO wsr cindy and jw were like.... even later than the GOH.... later than Minister ok. win liao. U ALL WIN make me wait so long....

so ok i was sitting alone with another bunch of older looking people.... and one super enthu guy intro himself "hey im kent.... have u guys introduced yourself?" so i said no and i shook everyone's hands.... trying to be civil la right cos i know my face was damn black becos of the sweat and waiting for my frens. then i tried to small talk (I HATE SMALL TALK) and asked "so all of u know each other?"...... i was expecting a normal answer like "oh yes we were from the same school" or if not its just "no we don't we just met".... u know what he said

"oh cos we know one another. we are part of the GAHA family."

I SWEAR TO GOD I ALMOST BARFED AND PUKED OUT MY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.... please dun come and act all chummy with me and tell me i am part of the GAHA family pls... i aint no family of yours. im just here for the free food. afterwhich u will never see me again for the rest of ur life. wah lao.... i have never met such an..... postively enthusiatic person in my life. it irks me that people can be happy 24/7 cos i cant and i wun. its too gay. having a scowl makes me edgy. and fierce. and i love that. so all i could manage was an "err ok" coupled with a feeble laugther. omg so awkward pls.

initially i tot the food was going to be like crap cos i once took a course at The Pines and the food was like crap. the salmon wellington was god awful... but the food last nite was superb sia... maybe cos i was too hungry. COD FISH EH ma de.... on top of potato gratin and brocolli. can u say "mmmmhmmmm" and then we all promptly effed off once it was over. gosh.

anyway wsr drove his boss's car to the club.... he always gets to use his boss car whenever he is out of town for business its damn wierd. and it aint no ordinary car.... its a BLOODY BMW i swear. ma de.... zdy ask the valet to get the car... and out comes a bmw while the rest of the world (ie uncles) drove toyota..... GOTTA LOVE IT. imagine 4 yuppies hopping into a BMW. ma de how shiok is that.... and i swear.... wsr is his boss's bitch boy..... hahaha. WHERE GOT PPLE LET SUBORDINATE DRIVE BMW ONE.... and he can claim petrol and cashcard pls. so theorectically he doesnt have to pay anything. i swear he is his bitch boy. but i dun think either of them are gay so... im still trying to figure out this complex relationship. and he has to go fetch his boss at the airport at 12. clandestine meeting gotta love it.

we had a couple of hours to kill before he left for the airport so i sneakily suggested to go ballymoons which was beside orchard hotel for drinks cos..... KR DND WAS THERE. hahhaa. im sucha bitch pls. and so smart. they nearly wanted to kill me when they found out. but who cares la.... just drop by to say hi only what... in and out of there in 10mins. and i arrived just in time for bide's Q&A. sorry pete u didnt win anything but u looks good! JT ALL THE WAY PLS....

so after that i went back to the Ballymoons to find them.... i think its a damn good place la. 8gz next time go back there.... 3 bottles of beer for 20... and citibank got discount pls. zdby. den after that went for 2nd rounds at tp before heading homeeee.
